Return Policy

RETURNS


Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Possible refunds

Once we have received and checked the return, we will send an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you whether the return has been approved or rejected.
If the return is approved, it will be processed and the original credit card or payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (where applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before the refund is credited.
If you have followed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@kalaldi.com.
Sale or promotional items (where applicable)
Only products at the normal price are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not refundable.


Replacement (if applicable)
We will only exchange items that are originally faulty or damaged. If you would like to exchange your item for the same, please email us at contact@kalaldi.com and send your item to : Wenlock Road, Greater London, London, BFP, N1 7GU, UK.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and if it was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the person who made the gift sent the order to themselves with the intention of returning it later, we will send them a refund and they will know that you have returned their gift.
Shipping
To return an item, please send it to the following postal address: Wenlock Road, Greater London, London, BFP, N1 7GU, UK.

The user shall bear the shipping costs associated with the return of the product. These are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping a product worth more than £75, we recommend using a tracking service or insuring your parcel. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned product.
